Considered a synonym of R cuneata.
I really like this plant once it becomes pendant. Grows well for me.I purchased cuttings from Tropiflora in 2004. I have read that R occidentalis is rare in cutlivation so I'm not sure about the name. Ordered a new one of these from an eBay seller. Pictures look very much like my old plant and not like R cuneata
